Michael is originally from Cork and is now living in Dublin with his wife and three children.
He is a big sports fan and a particular keen GAA supporter. He has grown up going to Cork Hurling and Football games.
He loves the outdoors, keeping fit and also has 2 dogs – Patch & Bruno – to keep him on his toes!!

Prior to embarking on his coaching career, Michael gained extensive experience in senior management positions in Banking and Financial Services in Ireland. With the rapid expansion of Irelands Financial Services Industry, Michael enjoyed phenomenal success in building teams and systems to help deal effectively with the volume of growth being experienced
Michael started his coaching career with ActionCOACH Business and Executive Coaching where he received 12 coaching awards including being awarded the prestigious European Coach of the Year title for four years in a row. Adjudged at being the number one coach in the EMEA region for four years in a row was in recognition of his positive impact as a business and executive coach together with the growth of his own coaching practice.
